ChallengeCoordinate a complex, two-phase confidential-computing architecture in which CPU and GPU proof-generation workloads, signed containers, IAM, networking, API exposure, monitoring, attestation and environment readiness carried tightly coupled dependencies. Delivery required continuous alignment across Midnight, Google, BCW and external engineering teams, while technical constraints also changed how Confidential GKE and Confidential Space needed to operate together.

My ownershipLed scope and SOW alignment, delivery planning, milestone and dependency control, stakeholder governance, RAID management, QA, integration readiness and staged release management. Facilitated technical delivery across all parties and translated architecture decisions and technical constraints into revised scope, responsibilities, timelines and acceptance requirements.

ChallengeCoordinate the parallel delivery of eight distinct but interconnected workstreams: ETL Programme, Stablecoin Wallet TopUp, Ecosystem Validator Programme Integration with stakeFi, Marketplace Integration, Affiliate Programme Configuration, Node Rightsizing and Optimisation, Google Cloud Infrastructure Advisory Office Hours, and Security Command Center Enterprise Integration. Each workstream had different technical owners, prerequisites, dependencies, timelines and acceptance criteria, requiring one coordinated programme view while preserving individual workstream governance.

ChallengeDeliver a controlled, testnet-first migration while coordinating infrastructure as code, NixOS, GKE, reverse proxy, autoscaling, networking and DNS dependencies. Each stage required readiness validation and issue resolution before progression to the mainnet cutover.

My ownershipOwned delivery planning through sign-off, coordinating Cronos, Google, BCW and engineering teams across testnet and mainnet sequencing. Controlled risks, decisions, readiness checkpoints, cutover communications, validation and acceptance.
